Last week, following the invitation received from the organizers, AUTONOVA was represented by Mr. Ciprian Dan COSTEA, PhD, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, at the conference “The Future of Romania – Promoting the Romanian Capital and the Autochthonous Business Environment”, at the events organized in Cluj Napoca on the 19th of February and in Bucharest on the 21st of February 2019.
The Conference ” Promoting the Romanian Capital and the Autochthonous Business Environment” is addressed primarily to businessmen and Romanian economists, but also to other interested actors in the Romanian civil society.
The Romanian businessmen and the Romanian companies represent the backbone of the Romanian economy. The opportunities generated by the integration into the European Union and the penetration into the Global markets also imply an increased attention to the situation of the Romanian capital and business environment.

The conferences were marked by the presence of outstanding professionals from the Romanian economic and business environment, as well as from the civil society. Thus, at the event that took place in Bucharest, along with Mr. Ciprian Dan COSTEA, PhD, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, the following leaders were speaking: Mr. Mihai Daraban, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, Mr. Mohammad Murad, President of the Tourism Federation and the largest investor in the Romanian tourism field, Mr. Adrian Dobre, Co-President of the Center for Excellence in Foreign Trade and Mr. Horia Alexadrescu, one of the most known and respected journalists. During the event that took place in Cluj Napoca, there were speaking: Mr. Mihai Daraban, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, Mr. Stere Farmache, President of the Counter-Guarantee Fund and former Chairman and CEO of the Bucharest Stock Exchange; Mr. Alin Ivan, Senior Consultant at ICG Integrated Consulting Group. The sessions were chaired by absolute fantastic persons: Mr. Dan Carbunaru, in Bucharest and Mr. Dafin Muresanu, in Cluj Napoca. Mr. Ciprian Dan COSTEA, PhD, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors thanks to Prof. Dr. Radu Balanescu for the invitation to speak at this series of Conferences.
